01Who we are

MoltyBeeAI™ ("MoltyBeeAI", "we", "us") operates the AI business diagnostic service at moltybeeai.com. We are founded and operated by founder, visionary, systems thinker, AI agents architect & operator Sihle Dimaza. Questions about this policy: info@moltybeeai.com.

02What we collect

• Order & account information — your name, email address, and company name, collected at checkout and intake.
• Intake responses — the answers you give in the Business Diagnostic Intake (revenue context, workflows, goals, constraints). This is the fuel for your report; the more you share, the sharper the diagnostic.
• Payment information — payments are processed entirely by PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment, an order/capture ID, and the payer email. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the service running.
• Local autosave — the intake form saves your in-progress answers to your own browser's local storage so you don't lose work. That data lives on your device until you submit or clear it.

03How we use your information

We use your information to: process your payment, run the 7-agent diagnostic on your intake, generate and email your PDF report, provide support, secure the service, and improve how the swarm works. We also use your email to send transactional messages about your order and — if you're a Hive Member — occasional updates about your membership and new phases as they ship. You can opt out of non-transactional email at any time.

04The Hive Intelligence promise

This one matters to us. Every audit contributes to the collective intelligence of the Hive — benchmarks, patterns, and sharper blueprints for every member after you. Here is exactly how that works:

• Benchmark and pattern data is built from anonymized, aggregated statistics only — for example, "the median AI Leverage Score for agencies in a revenue band."
• Your identifiable information and your specific answers are never published, shared with other members, or sold. Ever.
• Your individual report is yours and is only ever sent to you.

If we can't build the intelligence layer while keeping this promise, we won't build it that way at all.

05AI processing disclosure

Your intake responses are processed by AI models (including models provided by Anthropic via API) to perform the analysis and generate your report. We send only what is needed to produce your diagnostic. Our AI providers process this data as service providers under their own commercial terms; we do not permit them to use it to advertise to you.

06Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate MoltyBeeAI: PayPal (payments), our email delivery provider (report delivery), Railway (hosting), and our AI model provider (report generation) — each only receiving what their function requires. We may disclose information if required by law.

07Data retention

We retain your order records and delivered reports so you can access your history as a Hive Member, and as required for accounting. You may request deletion of your intake responses and personal data at any time (see Your Rights below); we'll retain only what the law requires us to keep.

08Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS). Payments run inside PayPal's secure infrastructure. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your business context with the seriousness we'd want for our own.

09Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including US law, South Africa's POPIA and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may request: access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, and a copy of your data in a portable format. Email info@moltybeeai.com with your order ID and we'll act on it promptly.

10Age requirement

MoltyBeeAI is a business service intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify Hive Members by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
