Refund Policy

Clear, honest, and designed so you never feel trapped — the way a certainty brand should do refunds.

🐝 The short version

Haven't submitted your intake yet? Full refund, no questions. Once your report is delivered, the work is done and it's generally final — but if it's materially incomplete, tell us within 7 days and we'll regenerate or refund. No report within 24 hours? Automatic full refund. Duplicates always refunded.

01Our philosophy

We sell certainty, so hiding behind fine print would be off-brand. This policy is designed around one principle: you should never feel trapped by a purchase, and we should never be punished for work already delivered.

02Before the swarm deploys — full refund

If you've paid but not yet submitted your intake, you can request a full refund for any reason. No questions, no friction. Email us with your order ID and it's done.

03After your report is delivered

Once the swarm has run and your report has been delivered, the work — compute, analysis, and synthesis — has been fully performed, so delivered reports are generally non-refundable. However:

Quality promise: if your report is materially missing the deliverables described at purchase (score, leakage analysis, blueprint, roadmap), contact us within 7 days and we will regenerate it or refund you — your choice.
Technical failure: if payment succeeded but no report arrives within 24 hours and we can't fix it, you get a full refund automatically.
Duplicate charges are always refunded in full.

04How to request a refund

Email info@moltybeeai.com from your purchase email with your order ID (it's on your confirmation page and PayPal receipt) and a line about what happened. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned via PayPal to your original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

05Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a PayPal dispute — we resolve genuine issues faster than the dispute process does, and we honor this policy. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered work may result in termination of Hive membership.
