01The agreement

These Terms govern your use of MoltyBeeAI™ and your purchase of the MoltyBeeAI Swarm Diagnostic. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

02The service

The Swarm Diagnostic is an AI-powered business assessment. You complete an intake; our multi-agent system analyzes your responses; and we deliver a PDF report including an AI Leverage Score, Revenue Leakage Analysis, Workflow Bottleneck Mapping, an AI Agent Deployment Blueprint, ROI projections, and a 30/60/90 day roadmap. We target delivery within 2–4 hours of a completed intake; this is a target, not a guaranteed SLA.

Your report is informational and strategic in nature. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on your execution, your market, and factors outside anyone's control. Recommendations, projections, and ROI estimates are analytical models based on the information you provide — decisions you make from them are yours. Where the stakes are high, consult a qualified professional.

04Pricing & payment

The current founding beta price is $98.28 USD, one-time, as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal account or card). Prices may change; the price shown at your checkout is the price you pay. Beta pricing benefits attached to Founding Hive Member™ status apply as described at the time of purchase.

05Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, honest intake information — the diagnostic is only as good as the intel you give it.
• Only submit business information you have the right to share.
• Use the service lawfully; don't attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the system, and don't resell reports as your own work without a partnership agreement with us.

06Your report & intellectual property

Your report is yours. You may use it freely within your business, share it with your team, advisors, and investors. MoltyBeeAI retains all rights to its methodology, agent architecture, prompts, brand, scoring frameworks, and site content. Neither of us gets to claim the other's stuff.

07Data & the Hive

By using the service you agree we may use anonymized, aggregated insights derived from diagnostics to build benchmarks and improve the platform, exactly as described in the Privacy Policy. Your identifiable data is never sold or shared with other members.

08Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoltyBeeAI's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the diagnostic in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business opportunities). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10Termination

We may refuse or terminate service for abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms. If we terminate without cause before delivering a paid report, you receive a full refund.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the US, the Republic of South Africa, our primary markets, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
